About the product:

BonBon is a microwavable deep conditioning heat cap, which dramatically improves the results of your favourite deep conditioner, hair masque, oil, or other hair treatment. Without heat, your treatment can only do so much to improve the quality of your hair. Typically, the cuticle is closed, so the treatment is only able to work on the surface of the hair shaft. The results are minimal and superficial when compared to heat enhanced deep conditioning treatments. BonBon enables the hair cuticle to open for an extended period, allowing the treatment to penetrate the hair shaft, nourishing it from the inside out.

Within 3 minutes your home can be transformed into a professional hair salon. It offers an easy and affordable way to achieve the results of a salon quality conditioning treatment. With no cords/plugs you can enjoy all the freedom to move about in the comfort of your home.

 

How to use:

BonBon is made of 100% cotton and filled with flaxseed, making it the easiest way to deep condition your hair with heat. Simply place your BonBon in the microwave (make sure to follow the added instructions carefully.) Once heated place on your conditioned hair. Remember to first place a plastic shower cap (even a plastic shopping bag will do) over your hair. This will not only protect your BonBon from getting wet but it will create an ongoing thermal effect.

1- After washing, apply your treatment of choice and cover hair with a plastic shower cap.

2- Place your BONBON flat and elastic side up in the microwave. Heat at a 1000 watt for for 45 seconds (Adjust power level according to your microwave)

3- Remove your BONBON from the microwave, flip it inside out and microwave for another 45 seconds elastic facing up.

4- Remove and flip your BONBON inside out for the last time and heat for the final 45 seconds. Elastic facing up. ALWAYS touch test before wearing to avoid burns. If additional heat is desired, proceed in 20 second increments using the flipping method. Do not exceed a total of 3 minutes from start.

5- Place BONBON over shower cap for 20-40 minutes. This method can be repeated for long treatment periods by repeating step 2-4. Remove BONBON and plastic/cap after the treatment. Rinse with cool water and style as usual.
